Today the entire group of buildings has
been converted into a pleasant hamlet - offering homes to both local inhabitants
and overseas visitors. Two rental apartments are available. Paola and Pittore. In both instances the rooms retain their original vast proportions, terracotta floors and open beam ceilings. Paola is on the first floor and has two vast double bedrooms, plus a bathroom and kitchen. The simply enormous sitting room also has an open fireplace, plus a dining table. |

Pittore is on the second floor and offers
one double bedroom with a bathroom, kitchen, and vast sitting/dining room. The house is typical of its time with a cypress tree-lined drive. Ample parking is available. The splash pool is ideal for children and adults to cool off in - and great for water games. The grounds also include a private lake, picturesquely situated right next to the pool - vineyards and walnut groves are off to the back of the house, olives and…more grapes to the front! A little bit of special Florentine history - away from the madding crowds! |
