There are 3 double bedrooms (2 may be turned into twins) for 6 persons, 3 bathrooms (1 with tub and separate shower, 2 with shower). The swimming pool measures 3.80 x 7.60 metres, is non-heated and private. There is an external hot/cold shower and a barbecue.

The whole Villa is furnished with beautiful Tuscan antiques - the walls are frescoed, the ceilings are of ancient beams and the tiling is done with handmade brick-tiles

Big living room, very cosy, open kitchen with dining corner (cooker with 4 burners, extractor, oven, fridge with deep-freezer). The living area is very elegant and bright with very comfortable easy chairs, piano, CD-tape-tuner, TV-VHS, satellite. There is a private terrace with table and chairs, deck-chairs and parasols.

3rd Studio bedroom:

The studio has a private entrance and is reached from a terrace connecting the lower floor to the pool-level. It is provided with a fully equipped cooking-corner, TV, safety deposit box and bathroom. It has a romantic four-poster bed and a panoramic window at pool level with a stunning view of the landscape. The Studio is not rented separately during 'pool season'.
