Located in the hills of Lucca, the house 'Falampa' is an ideal base for exploring the villas, wineries and beautiful countryside of Lucca and Tuscany.

The property consists of a large sitting/dining room with fireplace, television and double sofa bed, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and two bathrooms with shower. Sleeping capacity of four to six people, with the possibility of renting a small dependant flat with double bedroom to give a total sleeping capacity of eight people.

The bedrooms all have independent entrances and there is a terrace with barbecue for dining outdoors as well as a round swimming pool offering absolutely wonderful views over the surrounding countryside.

Facilities include horseriding, mountain bikes and Ping-Pong table, and the area is a rich one to explore on foot.

The additional flat (photographs here) consists of a double bedroom, small kitchen and bathroom and may be rented separately or in conjunction with the main house.
