The two new holiday apartments are located in a detached building (above) within the landscaped gardens of a prestigious architect-designed house in Segromigno in Monte, just a short distance north east of Lucca.
Both apartments are equipped with all comforts and the parklands (covering 70,000 square metres) offer a complete escape and a cool haven.

Segromigno in Monte lies at the foot of the hills just 7K north east of Lucca and is in the heart of 'villa country'. This area was home to the most important and noble Lucchesi families in the 17th, 18th and 19th centuries, and was chosen for the gentle climate and beautiful surroundings. Today you may visit the most important of these villas and gardens, such as Villa Mansi, Villa Reale and Villa Torrigiani.

Each apartment has two double bedrooms plus a smaller bedroom with two bunk-beds. Both apartments have independent kitchen, bathroom with shower and living/dining room with satellite television. Guests may dine outside in the garden, where a (provided) barbecue is positioned under the shade of the trees that fringe the house.

The large grounds are immaculately maintained, and guests have use of the enormous swimming pool and tennis court found within the gardens. The pool is ringed by lemon tress and delightful bouganvillea.
The gardens also houses a wood and a small lake where guests may fish and relax, and it is also possible to make excursions on horseback through the neighbouring hills.
