This holiday apartment is located in Gragna, a small 'frazione' of the Comune of Giuncugnano in the Province of Lucca. Gragno is a tiny village/hamlet (borgo) with just a few houses, and is set in the green heart of the high Garfagnana, at the foot of the Tosco-Emiliano Appenines and with incredible views over the mountains of the Apuan Alps. Aside from the truly unrepeatable views from 950 metres above sea level, the thing you'll notice most is the absolute peace of the village - granted, you may be interrupted by the odd cockerel crow, maybe the occasional cricket song, but that is about as noisy as it gets.
