Villa La Bianca is an oasis of pure peacefulness, refreshed by the sea breeze and surrounded by the greenery of the enchanting Apuan Alps.
The Casa Colonica has three separate apartments. Just a few steps from the
main villa, are the apartments, also know as 'dependances', as follows:
Le Rose is on the ground floor of the old dependance of the villa. It is a
comfortable studio apartment, for maximum two people, with a double bed, kitchenette,
bathroom with shower, and with an antique Carrara marble sink. It has a beautiful
terrace, the ideal place for breakfast and romantic dinners.

Le Ortensie is on second floor of the old dependance of the villa. It is a romantic attic room consisting of a kitchenette with old fireplace and old stone sink, two double bedrooms, each one with its own private bathroom. There is also a large and inviting terrace, on the ground floor, perfect for romantic breakfasts and dinners. Suitable for a family of four/six guests, or a group of friends.
La Ruota is located on the grown floor of the old 'Frantoio' (olive oil press) of the Villa. An inviting apartment, completely restored, perfect for 2 people. There is a small loft, a characteristic kitchen with an antique sink made from white Carrara marble. In the lounge, there is a sofa bed, the bedroom also has a fireplace, TV and the bathroom has a shower.
Il Frantoio is a wonderful loft appartment, the best apartment that Villa la Bianca has to offer. Completely restored, comprised of a large lounge with original beams and fireplace, bathrooms, kitchen, and private terrace. Two bedrooms, one with double bed, and the other with twin beds, with the possibility of adding an extra bed and it's own bathroom.
In such an enchanted place as The Villa La Bianca, which offers its guests moments of intense poetry, silence and beautiful perfumes full of life, where would we be without the most desired moment at the beginning of every new day: breakfast. The best quality teas and coffees, fresh fruit juice, wide choice of breads, homemade cakes and pastries, organic milk and butter, muesli and high quality cereal mixes. This is our way to make sure that every day begins in the best way for guests. Breakfast can be served in your room for a small extra charge.

Guests at Villa La Bianca will surely notice the care which has been taken with the decor, with the living rooms, halls, corridors, rooms and bathrooms. Every detail helps in giving to the villa its style. They are all antique pieces, chosen one by one with care, patience and wisdom: furniture, paintings, lamps, carpets, mirrors. Each one, or almost every one, has its own character and is also for sale. The great passion of the owner for antiques gave birth to this unusual and charming market for connoisseurs. Also in the villa you will find a small and interesting shopping corner, where guests can do some shopping, choosing among candles, perfumes, handmade chocolate, finest-quality rum, objets d'art. Moreover, Villa La Bianca high quality wine and oil: memories of a special place, which you can take home with you.
The restaurant La Brilla is located on the ground floor of the main building,
and it is also a wine and oil bar. In front of the crackling fireplace in
the old kitchen during winter, or in the shadow of the great plane trees in
the garden during summer, you can enjoy new and old dishes of the traditional
Tuscan cuisine. You can choose from a list of 250 wine labels and sense the
difference between oils from different regions of Italy.
The restaurant was established thanks to the great passion of the owners for
simple cuisine, made with finest-quality ingredients, choosing aromas and
flavours which sometimes we forget about. Gabriele Giovannelli is the talented
young chef, who takes the basics of traditional cooking from his father. He
succeeded in rendering the spirit of the place, changing the menus according
to the seasons and the market availability. Vittorio is the qualified and
attentive manager of the restaurant, who transmits to the guests his own passion
for the magical combination of food with wine and oil, reminding everybody
of the joy of sharing a meal. A dinner at La Brilla is surely one more reason
to stay at Villa La Bianca.

2009 prices are as follows:
During Christmas and Epiphany, March, April, May, June, September and
October Junior suites are €120, suites €135 and suiteGialla €150.
Apartment Le Rose (two guests) € 800,la Ruota (two guests) € 900,
Apartment Ortensie (four guests) €1000,and Il Frantoio (four guests) € 1200.
During July and August, Junior suites are €150, suites €170
and suiteGialla €185. Apartment Le Rose (two guests) € 1000,la
Ruota (two guests) € 1100, Apartment Ortensie (four guests) €1200,and
Il Frantoio (four guests) € 1600.
For rooms (minimum stay two days) prices are per day and per room and include
breakfast, washing and taxes. An extra bed is €25 (on the basis of a
group's weekly stay), with extra breakfast €5 per person. For apartments,
prices are weekly, including tax, heating, linen and weekly clean. Villa La
Bianca is closed from 7th to 31st January.
