Al Foionco was at one time a Tuscan wine estate - the property was recently restored to create 8 rental apartments for a relaxing holiday in a comfortable atmosphere.

The location is particularly suited for families with children - there is a large swimming pool, and the beaches of Viareggio and the Versilian Riviera are within easy driving distance.

Situated in a quiet and woody area just six kilometres from the splendid mediaeval town of Lucca, the property enjoys the dual benefits of countryside privacy, coupled with proximity to the attractions and amenities of Lucca. The town enjoys good motorway links with the rest of Tuscany, and taking the train will see you in central Florence in around an hour.

All the apartments (sleeping from 2 to 6 people) have been carefully furnished, and vary in size from 75 to 135 square metres. All the kitchens have dishwashers and hobs (no ovens), and there is a communal laundry room.

Prices range from around Euro €400 to €900 per week, depending on season and size of apartment.

Al Foionco is an ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday enjoying the cultural and culinary delights of Tuscany, and if you're feeling a bit lazy, then there's always the 180 square metre pool to enjoy!
