Accommodation is for up to 9 people in the house and 4 in the barn and unless otherwise agreed the reservation is accepted on the understanding that this number will not be exceeded. During Mid and High season we do not let the barn alone but will give a discount if you wish to rent both the house and the barn at the same time. There is the possibility to place an extra single bed in one of the bedrooms of the house, and cots are available for both houses at no extra cost. The prices include gas, electricity, hot and cold water and all necessary linen. There is a telephone at the house which may be used. All calls are logged and payment taken from a deposit of £250 (€ 395) which is collected with your final payment.
