AND PISA - VILLA MELETO APARTMENT RENTALS, TUSCANY, ITALY The property is located in a peaceful, nicely secluded area, on the top of a Tuscan hill that offers a 360° view over the surrounding area. Near the property is the lovely old town of San Miniato, famous for the truffle festival that takes place every year in November. Villa Meleto is ideally located for day trips in Tuscany and other parts of Italy. Castelfiorentino and Empoli are reachable in only a few minutes, whereas Florence and Pisa are reachable in 30 minutes. Siena, Lucca, San Gimignano and the coast can be reached within one hour by car. |

The farmhouse dates back from the 17th century
and was restored in 2000 by its owners (Vieri and Sibilla, brother and
sister). Accommodation is in three independent apartments that are named
after Vieri's sisters Sibilla, Lavinia and Ginevra. Villa Meleto is the larger property and houses the apartments Sibilla (sleeps 8+2) and Ginevra (sleeps 6+2). The two apartments may be connected and Villa Meleto may therefore be taken as a villa rental sleeping 14 + 4 people. The third apartment, Lavinia (6+2) is located in an independent farmhouse at 50 metres distance from the main villa.
