La Busterna is a large farmhouse on an estate in Southeast Tuscany. A striking property, with a private swimming pool and wonderful panoramic views, it has been carefully restored and refurbished as a holiday home. The structure dates from the 15th century — a traditional farmhouse of 570 square metres. The rooms are spacious and light, combining beamed ceilings, tiles and original stonework with modern, stylish furniture.

The ground floor has a large entrance/living room, a superb dining room with direct access to the garden, a television room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and three double bedrooms (each with en-suite shower or bathroom). There is also a cloakroom with WC and heating/laundry facilities.

The first floor has four double bedrooms — each with an en-suite bath or shower-room. Two of these bedrooms have access to the garden through the stone portico. The house is fully equipped, with dishwasher, fridge freezer, hob, oven, washing machine, hairdryers in every room and colour television. A mobile phone and VCR are available on request.
