Vivo d'Orcia lies halfway up the Amiata Mountain in southern Tuscany and overlooks the magnificent Orcia Valley. Beautiful woods with some excellent trails surround the castle, and the village (1km) has a small supermarket, a bank, a pharmacy, a post office, a news agent and a bar with delicious cappucinos!
