Constructed in the 1700's and carefully renovated using original materials in 2000, Podere Pietreta offers the perfect combination of modern vacation facilities in an atmospheric, traditional setting. The accommodation is bright, spacious and airy, and many of the rooms feature original tiles, stonework and wooden beams.

There are six vacation apartments, furnished exclusively with period furniture and all featuring a fireplace and independent heating, satellite television, a dishwasher, an oven, a private entrance and a private, furnished garden area.
The largest of the apartments — L'Olivo (sleeps 4+2) — consists of a living room, a dining room with kitchenette, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers. Il Pozzo (4) and L'Arco (2+2) both have a living room with a dining area and kitchenette; Il Pozzo has two bedrooms and bathrooms and L'Arco has one of each. La Lavanda (sleeps 2) consists of a double bedroom with independent entrance, a bathroom with shower. Il Fico (sleeps 2+2) consists of living room with sofa bad and fireplace, kitchenette and one bathrooms with shower. La Quercia (sleeps 2+2) is an annexed villa to Podere Pietreta. It has a kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, one bedroom, two bathrooms with showers, equipped garden, barbecue and parking.
A fully equipped laundry room is available, and there are barbecue facilities and mountain bikes. It is possible to request breakfast in the farmhouse, and guests at Podere Pietreta receive a special discount at a first class local restaurant (2 km).
