Our family house is in the ancient walled town of Barga, nestled 410 metres up in the Apuan mountain range. Barga is an exceptionally beautiful and well-preserved town, surrounded by stunning countryside on your doorstep.


The house comfortably accommodates two to six people or families with older children. It is on three floors and designed to take full advantage of the splendid views across the valleys and mountains.
It is well furnished and spacious, with old terracotta floors, chestnut-beamed ceilings and a curved stone staircase.

TOP FLOOR
Given over to a large living/cooking/eating area. This leads onto a terrace with amazing views across the mountains and valleys. The sun shines onto the terrace all day, making it the perfect spot for alfresco dining.

MIDDLE FLOOR
Two large bedrooms (one is a double, the other twin). Another smaller bedroom with double bed, its own terrace and splendid sunrise views. There is also a large bathroom plus a separate shower room with w/c.

GROUND FLOOR
Entrance foyer, basement and utility room with laundry facilities.
