These 'villetta' cottages in Coda Cavallo, San Teodoro provide Sardinia holiday rentals in one of the most beautiful parts of Italy.
These self catering villas are family oriented, and you are welcome to bring small pets. The beach is just 150 metres away. Local activities (season permitting) include water sports, diving, snowboarding, surfing, windsurfing, walking, swimming, water skiing, tennis, golf, fishing and cycling.
Just 500m away from the villas there are night clubs, a restaurant, quiet bars and pubs. And the local town of San Teodoro, 6km away, is lively but not wild. It has a great selection of restaurants (from simple pizzerias to excellent, typical restaurants), supermarkets, shops, street markets, banks and a petrol pump.

The northern coast of Sardinia is famous for its white beaches and stunning turquoise water of crystalline clarity. There are boat excursions to the most beautiful and wild islands of Sardinia, and infinite opportunities to explore hidden coves. Nearby is the nine-hole golf course at Puntaldia.
Sardinia has consistently good weather, rising from a low of 11°C in January to a high of 27°C in August.
Weekly prices start at EURO €560 rising to €1400 in high season. There is a minimum seven-day rental and prices include air conditioning, gas, water, electricity and final cleaning. In winter, heating will be charged by usage. There is a refundable deposit of €150. Changeover day is Saturday (ask about other days), with arrival from 5pm and departure by 10am.
