This ‘residence’ was built in 1958 by the Depperu family, the early days of the Costa Smeralda: the residence was designed personally by Engineer Tullio and furnished by his wife, Luisa. It fits perfectly into the surrounding area with great respect for nature. It is situated on the peninsula of Capriccioli, between some of the most beautiful and famous beaches of Liscia Ruja and Porto Li Coggi (which is better known as the beach of the princes). Set in beautifully kept gardens with typical Mediterranean planting, laid out almost like a botanical garden, guests will find apartments each with either its own garden or a terrace perfectly maintained with juniper wood, wrought iron details, hand-made ceramics and all with a splendid sea view. There is accommodation to sleep from 2-6 people, and your rental includes water, gas, light, clean linen and taxes. Small swimming pool for pets.

The Studio sleeps two persons, situated on the first floor of the biggest residence, comprising a double bed, kitchen corner, bathroom, north-facing balcony with view of the gardens and two deckchairs. Access to the studio is by an external staircase. The studio has a safe, telephone, air conditioning, and is ideal for a couple.
