The layout of the apartment is simple: the entrance of the flat takes you directly into the air conditioned open-plan living area with a fully fitted kitchen corner and bathroom with shower. A few steps lead down into the sleeping area, which has a master bedroom and a small bedroom with bunk beds. The flat is fully heated and has hifi, DVD player and satellite TV. Furnishings are stylish and tasteful, with a soothing combination of terracotta floors, white walls, wooden fittings and Sicilian ceramics, to make a comfortable flat with original pieces. There is a bathroom (shower). Fully fitted kitchen and air-conditioned dining room. The flat is fully heated and air conditioned and has hifi, DVD player and satellite TV. The large enclosed terrace has a sheltered barbecue and a shaded area with patio furniture for exclusive use of guests, plus a lush flowerbed. Rates are €80, €100 or €110, depending on the season.

Country House Pauline sleeps 6+2. A detached country house of 120 square metres. The house is arranged on two storeys with the living quarters downstairs and three bedrooms upstairs. The house has been renovated with exposed beams and floorboards upstairs. The ground floor has a large living area in open plan with plenty of sofas and armchairs and a fireplace. The dining area is large, bright and airy with direct access onto the terrace through full-length glazed doors. The flat is fully heated, there is a tuned piano, and the homely kitchen is well equipped.
There is a bathroom (shower), and a large dining area with a wooden table that comfortably seats eight. Upstairs are two master bedrooms, a bedroom with two single beds (third bed possible) and a bathroom with tub. The flat has central heating, air conditioning and has hifi, DVD player and satellite TV; its position renders air conditioning superfluous as the heat is very rarely uncomfortable. The garden (160 square metres) is for the exclusive use of guests and comes with patio furniture. There is a sheltered barbecue, perfect for eating out in the shade. Rates are €120, €150 or €160, depending on the season.

Casa Lucchese is a spacious Sicilian farmhouse (240 square metres on two stories) located in a beautiful and breathtaking rural location, some three miles out of town and six miles from the best beaches. The property sleeps eight people and can be taken by parties of up to ten, with a collapsible cot making 11 The only access is a scenic private, earth driveway less than a mile long … and worth every moment! The property covers an area of perhaps ten acres all told and is surrounded by a hundred hectares of olive groves and has sweeping views of the Sicilian hinterland.
The main entrance of the house takes you directly into the open-plan living/dining area with stone fireplace. There is a fully equipped kitchen. A lobby takes you to a shower/bathroom with inclusive WC and washing machine. The property is fully equipped for comfortable self catering (including linen, towels and blankets). There is a telephone, satellite TV, radio/cassette and CD player. The upstairs has a sloping roof with exposed beams and floorboards.
