Cefalu is on the northern coast of Sicily, 60km east of Palermo. This holiday accommodation in Italy is in an enchanting position … the terrace enjoys a splendid and relaxing view to the roofs of the medieval town, the Norman cathedral (Duomo) and the Tyrrhenian Sea. The building is on four floors and it has two entrances. The entrance at the ground floor directly faces the alley a few steps away from the Duomo; the other one, at the back, is set at the level of the second floor and gives direct access to the living dining room facing the cliffside. There are two terraces as well, one of which is equipped for open-air dinners (furniture, outside kitchenette, barbecue). The furnishings and the warm colours of the interiors provide an agreeably cosy atmosphere: the rooms stand out, with their style and originality revealing the taste and character of the owner, who has been personally engaged in the restoration of the house. A pedestrian alleyway and a short flight of steps give access to the house. Public parking is 300 metres away, private pay parking 700 metres.

Ground floor: living room with double sofa bed (fridge bar). First floor: double room, bathroom with shower, balcony. Second floor: living-dining room, kitchen connected to the living room, bathroom with tub, terrace. Third floor: twin room, bathroom with shower, terrace with sea view.
The house totals nearly 200 square metres, sleeping 4+2. A child’s cot is available; water, gas, electricity and final cleaning are included. There is a damages deposit of €300, central heating and air conditioning are each €10 extra. Linen and towels included. No pets please. Appliances include washing machine, electric oven, fridge with freezer, TV and barbecue.
