Minimum rental is five nights. High season is from 15 May to 15 September. The refundable security deposit of €500 will be collected by the owner on check in and returned to you less any breakage fees when you depart.
All facilities, including a grocery, bar, bakers and pizzeria, are within a five-minute drive downhill, and Palermo airport is just 30 minutes drive away. Private parking is available for two car spaces - note that you will need to have a car to enjoy your stay at the Villa Conca d'Oro.
The apartment has lovely views of the garden with its diverse ‘specimen’ planting; the outdoor area is beautifully peaceful, and during summer guests can use the private external patio for al fresco dining – this area is furnished with seats, table and a large sun umbrella. All around are lemon, orange, mandarin and nectarine trees.
This holiday villa in Sicily has a lovely fenced pool, which is very safe for children, with a changing cabin and hot shower. Beach towels are provided. The pool is given over for exclusive use by the guests from 9am to 2pm - it is used by the owners in the afternoon. The garden is also fenced.
The services of a cook are not included but are available at an additional cost of €20 per hour and must be reserved on booking. For an additional €15 per hour you can have a maid come daily to clean. The very helpful owner lives in the villa and speaks quite good English. She is at the complete disposal of the clients; she will meet guests on arrival and show how you everything works inside the apartment, give out maps, suggest itineraries, where to shop, what to visit and so on.
