Measuring some 95m², this Sicily holiday rental sleeps up to 6 guests, is nicely furnished and completely equipped with linen, crockery and cutlery and kitchen equipment: the kitchen has stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and a washing machine. There is also satellite TV.
The apartment has easy access to central Palermo (15 minutes drive away), yet is in a marvellous position, right on the seafront and with good access to the beaches along the coast. You’ll love exploring the little harbour in front of the property, enjoying fresh seafood in the very good restaurant below (on the lower floor of the same building), or dining on pizza in the charming pizzeria inside the old tonnara building.

The flat is largely on one level but with two lofts above (one with a double bed and the other with a queen sized bed). You reach these via a set of small stairs. There is a double living room with sofa bed, separate sofa and TV, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub, a second bedroom with a single bed downstairs and a loft over it with a double bed. There is also a double bedroom on a loft over the first living room, and a bathroom with shower, which you reach from the hall.
