The house is situated in a quiet and sunny location in the middle of the protected marine area of Plemmirio, in the outskirts of Syracuse. The villa is subdivided into two independent habitable units, one of which is occasionally inhabited by the villa’s owners. The property is surrounded by a luxuriant garden, which is slightly sloping – with large zones of English lawn and a rich variety of Mediterranean plants among which prevails the short palm, a real peculiarity and protected species of the entire marine area.

The interior, cosy and well subdivided, has been furnished with taste and functionality. Thanks to large glass windows, facing onto the garden and towards the sea, from the living room one enjoys an outstanding view giving to guests the gift of this exclusive and particularly charming corner of the island. The garden is endowed with a lovely terrace with pergola, lit up at night and equipped for open-air dinners (furniture, sunbathing beds, barbecue, outside shower). The garden gives straight access to the sea – reef with small solarium/platform – whose limpid and crystalline waters are ideal for exciting underwater explorations. Private parking inside the property.
The ground floor has a living-dining room with fireplace and bed couch, kitchen connected to the living room, double room, twin room, room with bunk bed, bathroom with tub, terrace with pergola, private garden (400 square metres), shared garden (2000 square metres). A baby bed can be provided; gas, electricity and water is included as is final cleaning. There is a damages deposit of €300. Heating is €10 per day, and there is a charge for firewood. Air conditioning is €5 per day. Pets are not allowed. Facilities include washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, electric oven, microwave oven, TV. barbecue, outside shower.
