On Sicily's north coast, Villa Romita is a delightful, spacious country villa for holiday hire. With wonderful views of the Gulf of Castellamare and excellent links to Trapani, Palermo and the rest of Sicily, this is a very special holiday home.
Villa Romita is surrounded by pines, acacias, olive trees and palms. Sitting on a 3500 square metre estate, you are guaranteed privacy and peace.
This is a beautiful home, built from wood, stone, marble and wrought iron. The villa covers 250 square metres, with three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two singles). It is centrally heated and has four bathrooms; there is a large rustic dining room, and an elegant lounge with air conditioning, fireplace and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, gas oven and microwave. The laundry has a washing machine, ironing board and steam iron.
The grounds are lovely too, with extensive gardens, a large veranda, a barbecue and wooden tables. There is a beautiful panoramic view, leading down the valley to the sea at Scopello.
Rental prices per week range from $2000 (low season), $3000 (mid season) and $4000 (high season). Water, electricity, gas, heating, telephone (incoming only) and final cleaning are included in your hire, as is a weekly change of sheets, bath towels and bath mat. Check in is between 4pm and 5pm, check out between 9am and 10am.
