Our workshop sessions are experimental. Here you will be introduced
to new ideas, different techniques and media from conventional watercolours

development too - our tutors know how to get the best out of their students
- in the nicest possible way. Naturally, it's all very informal. How much or how little you do is entirely up to you. Feel free to pick and choose, to relax and enjoy the Lunigiana. You will be staying in an 18th Century
'villa rustica', built as a retreat from the heat of Fivizzano by the
ancestors of the family who own it today. The villa is unpretentious,
yet spacious. Recently restored and updated to modern standards of comfort
without losing any of its charm, Casa dell'Unicorno still retains a wealth
of the original furniture and paintings. The villa has six spacious bedrooms: Four rooms have private bath/shower facilities, whilst the two tower rooms share a shower. |
