This historic house, built in 1898 and totally restored in the 1983, is situated directly on the shore of the lake in a beautiful, peaceful spot. It provides a great view of Riva del Garda, within easy walking distance 600m along the shore.

All apartments have a lake view. Each measures 22m² and is completely furnished, with crockery and cutlery, towels, sheets and a telephone. They are made up of a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and a small kitchen-living room with one bed; in total they sleep 3.
In front of the apartments there is a boat landing stage with steps down, a table and deckchairs. The residence has a 10m x 5m swimming pool to a depth of 1.5m, and has direct access to the lake, buoys for boats, sailing club, windsurfing area, bicycles and parking.
