Providing Tuscany lodging – close to Cortona, Italy – this restored farmhouse offering eight very nice apartments is quietly situated in the area surrounding the lovely town of Cortona.
This position provides beautiful and panoramic views over the valleys and hills. The eight apartments are simply furnished in the local manner, and the situation is perfect: Montecchio with a grocery store is 4km, Camucia with shopping mall 10km, Lake Trasimeno and Cortona around 15km, Arezzo 30km. Horse-riding facilities are nearby.

At guests' disposal is a large garden equipped with garden furniture, barbecue, fenced swimming pool (7 x 14m, maximum depth 1.9m, open from 01/05 to 30/09), table tennis, volleyball court, playground for children and tennis court to be shared with the guests staying at the house (Quiete, 400m away). A large common room with kitchen and lovely fireplace is available by arrangement (to be paid extra on the spot). Bikes are available for hire.
All of the apartments are provided with satellite TV, mosquito nets, safe and a terrace or a covered veranda; there is a shared washing machine, and covered parking within the grounds. On request it is possible to hire a baby bed (€16 per week) and an extra bed (€26 per week), payment on the spot. Maid service is available by arrangement (payment on the spot). Pets are allowed by paying an extra charge of €26 per week (payment on the spot).
Archi 1 sleeps 2-4, with one bedroom and a bathroom, and a floor area of 48 square metres. On the ground floor, the apartment has a living room with double sofa bed, kitchen corner (freezer, microwave) and dining area, double bedroom, bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, and a portico furnished with table and chairs (15 square metres).

Weekly prices for Archi 1, 5, 6 and 7 are as follows, with
extra costs including the €150 deposit, final cleaning of €40, and heating
according to consumption:
