Set amidst the hills surrounding the lovely medieval town of Cortona, the property is in a very quiet location and offers beautiful extensive views over the Chiana valley. The house is simply and comfortably furnished in a typical country style.

This Tuscany vacation home, Cortona, Italy is very well positioned for exploring the delights of Tuscany and Umbria. Cortona with all kinds of shops 2km, Camucia with railway station 6km, Arezzo 30km, Siena 50km. Lake Trasimeno, with well-equipped beaches is reachable in a 20-minute drive. At guests’ disposal is a private, fenced, furnished garden, swimming pool (12 x 6m, maximum depth 2.5m, open from 01/05 to 30/09) and barbecue. Guests have access to telephone and ironing facilities.

The access to the property is via an unpaved, steep and narrow road of some 2km, which is not suitable for low or big cars; parking is within the grounds. Baby beds are available by arrangement (€35 per week to be paid locally). On request it is possible to add an extra bed in each of the double bedrooms. Pets are allowed.

The ground floor has a living room (satellite TV) with fireplace and sofa bed, and a dining room. There is a large basement room with bread oven, kitchen (freezer, microwave, dishwasher) with fireplace and toilet. The first floor has two double bedrooms each with possible extra single bed, bedroom with French bed, bathroom with tub, bathroom with shower.

Weekly prices range as follow, with extra costs including a deposit of €250, final cleaning of €60 and heating:
