The house, called Castagna, has been carefully restored with all its original details preserved and turned into a small independent villa offering tastefully furnished and extremely cosy interiors. The hamlet, with five independent houses and three apartments, is surrounded by beautiful woods and valleys. Everything combines to offer ideal terrain for relaxing walks in close contact with nature.

The charming medieval town of Cortona with all kinds of shops is 8km away, Lake Trasimeno 15km, Arezzo 36km, Montepulciano 38km, Perugia about 50km. At guests' disposal is a lovely private garden, charming private pergola furnished with garden furniture and barbecue, shared equipped outdoor areas, shared swimming pool (12 x 6m, open from 15/05 to 15/09). There is parking within the grounds. Access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained country road. Maid service is available upon request (payment on the spot). Small pets are allowed on request.
