Ground floor: Furnished verandah, living/dining room with fireplace and
adjoining kitchen, WC.
First floor: air-conditioned double bedroom and en suite bathroom (Jacuzzi
and shower), twin bedroom with bathroom/shower.

The accommodation is fully furnished and equipped, including satellite TV, telephone, freezer, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, laundry, barbecue and wood oven. There is a large (6x12m) swimming pool and access to the owner's tennis court which is also on the 10,000m² grounds.
The rental price for Villa Castelluccio ranges from EURO €3298 to €5839 per week and includes 12 hours per week of domestic help, electricity, water and gas. The price does not include telephone, heating, the final cleaning charge (from €150) or deposit (€516). Extra services (by prior arrangement) include extra domestic help and the services of a cook - who can also provide cooking lessons; these services are not included in the rental price.

Nearby Subbiano (4km) provides basic shopping facilities while the nearest city is Arezzo (18km). This is a wonderfully central base in Italy, with a huge range of possible day trips and excursions. Arezzo and Cortona (48km) are both worth a visit, while the important art cities of Siena and Florence (85km) should be regarded as compulsory. There are the vineyards of Chianti, Montalcino and Montepulciano, watersports at Lake Trasimeno (Umbria), or the temptations of a flying visit to the Marches, Emilia Romagna or even San Marino. Whatever you decide to do or see, you'll find that this charming holiday rental villa makes an excellent starting point.
