The farmhouse, Podere Valcellino, has 5 apartments. Apartment Luigi, sleeping 2+1, is €430 per week in low season, €530 mid-season and €650 high season. This first floor flat is where the old drying room used to be, very bright and with a marvellous view. The living-room has an equipped kitchenette and 2-seat sofa, convertible into a single bed. The bedroom has a double bed, and the bathroom a shower. There are brick-tiled floors and typical wooden beamed ceilings.
Apartment Irene, sleeping 2+2, is €470 per week in low season, €590 mid-season and €740 high season. This first floor unit has a beautiful little terrace, very bright and panoramic. There is a large living room with equipped kitchenette, armchair and 3-seat sofa which converts into a double bed. The flat has brick walls and wooden beamed ceilings, a bright and comfortable double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower.
Apartment Francesca, sleeping 4+1, is €650 per week in low season, €810 mid-season and €960 high season. This used to be the farmer's home and is on the first floor. The old rural structure has been maintained in the large equipped kitchen (which now serves also as a living room) with its ancient fireplace still working perfectly. This is a very bright unit with a wonderful view of the surrounding hills. There are two bedrooms, one with a double and one with two twin beds. The living-room has an armchair and a sofa seating 2, convertible into a single bed. The walls are of brick and there's a bathroom with shower.
Apartment Maria Chiara, sleeping 2+1, is €430 per week in low season, €530 mid-season and €650 high season. This bright, ground floor flat has one bedroom with a double bed, a kitchenette and a living-room with a sofa for 2 convertible into a single bed. Brick-tiled floors, ancient wooden beams on the ceilings, and rustic original stone walls contribute to the atmosphere.
Apartment Anna Maria, sleeping 4+1, is €650 per week in low season, €810 mid-season and €960 high season. This wonderful apartment was once the villa's stable. Vaulted brick ceilings with their original wooden beams, rustic stone walls and brick-tiled floors frame a living-room with perfectly equipped kitchenette and stone fireplace. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 twin beds. The living room has a sofa seating 2 and convertible into a single bed. There is a bathroom with shower.
All the apartments have outdoor areas with a table and chairs, their own private washing-machine, microwave oven, fridge, central heating, satellite TV, phone, iron and ironing board.
Check-in is Saturday between 3pm and 5pm, check-out Saturday morning between 8am and 10am. A damages deposit of €200 is payable on arrival. Prices include lights, gas for the kitchen, hot and cold water; use of the swimming pool (only in daylight from 1 May to 30 September; access to the botanic park and private parking. Prices exclude heating. Animals are allowed only by arrangement.
