This Tuscan villa is peaceful as well as beautiful, and with its terracotta floors, wooden beamed ceilings and rustic furniture, it has everything you would expect of an Italy holiday home rental.
Its rustic charms are complemented by all the modern luxuries you could require. It has a modern fitted kitchen, while the bedrooms have comfortable and well-sprung mattresses ... your contemporary creature comforts will not be neglected.
The living/dining room lies on the first floor and has an open kitchenette and a shady pergola overlooking the private swimming pool. The pool, measuring 10 x 5 metres, not only provides a perfect place to exercise and to relax in the sun, but is also the ideal spot to enjoy your meals al fresco. On the ground floor you’ll also find a double bedroom, while the living room has a double sofa bed. Back down on the ground floor you’ll find a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a powder room.
No one lives on the land above the villa, so you’ll find this a perfectly secluded location. There is private parking directly outside the villa.
You’ll find all you need within easy reach. There is a restaurant/pizzeria half a mile from the villa (it may be closed some weeks in August). The nearest bank, chemist, food shops, supermarket and post office are all to be found just 1km from the property. Please not that pets are not allowed and you will need a car to stay here.
