The private garden with swimming pool (which often provides spectacular sunsets) is equipped with several deckchairs, a pergola and a barbecue. This is a great place for al fresco meals. The kitchen has a gas-fired cooker and a usable fireplace (wood is supplied). There is a washing machine, cooling fans, and car parking spaces.

Bathroom equipment: in each bathroom WC, bidet, sink, shower-box.
Kitchen equipment: fridge with freezer, kitchen to gas methane with 4 cookers,
oven and kitchen to firewood, microwave, three italian Moka (different
sizes), coffee machine, toast bread, washing machine, pottery and dishwasher;
house's water is drinkable and of optimal quality.
Other equipment: TV Sat, usable fireplace, two high-sided cot (small bed for
babies - from one month to three years - free), one chair for babies, fans,
iron and iron-board.
Heating: indipendent (gas methane).
Mobile reception: there is a good mobile reception all over the house, village
and surroundings.
The house is equidistant from Florence, Arezzo and Siena, which lie 35km away. Castelfranco di Sopra (with typical restaurants, a supermarket, pharmacy and bus station) is 2km away. The railway station and hospital are both 8km distant. Nearby you'll find horse riding, bowling, mountain biking, trekking, a public swimming pool and tennis courts. 10km away you'll find designer outlets including Prada, Gucci, Fendi, Dolce e Gabbana, Ferragamo, Armani, Zegna, YSL, Loro Piana, Ungaro and Todds.
Weekly prices range from EURO €900 in low season and other periods, €1250 mid season (June and September), and €1450 in the high season (July and August and Christmas Holidays). On booking you will be asked for a 25 per cent deposit, with the balance on your arrival. All rates are inclusive of taxes, power and water consumption, bed and bath linens and final cleaning. Heating if necessary (Methane Gas)1,5 €/m3. Check-in is Saturday at 4pm, (in case of different arrival times, please contact your hosts by phone); check-out is on Saturday by 10am. Pets are not allowed.
