You'll find staying at the holiday farm and the suites a relaxing experience. In modern and comfortable surroundings you can taste home made wines, extra virgin oils, a selection of Tuscan cheeses and salamis, salads and homemade cakes. Enjoy your breakfast here too.
There are courses in traditional Tuscan cookery on offer, and there is a meeting room for events and conventions. The farm has its own lake, where guests can fish. Or borrow a mountain bike - there are 30 km of white roads through woods, vineyards and past country cottages. This is great walking country around this Tuscan holiday accommodation too.
And you'll find plenty to discover in this province of Arezzo. Head south to Cortona, the essential Tuscan hill town, which sits atop slopes of vineyards and olive groves. St Francis's mountaintop retreat, La Verna, is still an active monastery, and boasts magnificent views of the Apennines. You can head up into the forests of the Casentino national park, which provides some of the best walking in Tuscany. Head across to the border with Umbria and the little walled town of Sansepolcro - home to Piero della Francesca's Resurrection and Madonna della Misericordia. Or to Monterchi, a tiny village that, improbably, houses another Piero masterpiece, the Madonna del Parto. And visit the town of Arezzo itself. The fine provincial capital is famous for its antique shops, goldsmiths and della Francesca's fresco cycle.
