A lovely holiday villa in Tuscany, Italy, Limoni lies on a beautiful estate on the hills of the Chiana Valley.

The marvellous five-hectare estate comprises a farmhouse of 140 square metres and an outbuilding of 60 square metres, which have been skilfully restored and turned into a delightful independent villa offering tastefully and refined furnished interiors.

This property is situated on the hills dominating the Chiana Valley, in a quiet and panoramic location, and affords charming views over the surrounding landscape. The nearest food stores are 3km away; Foiano della Chiana with all kinds of shops and a golf course is 10km; the lovely medieval town of Cortona about 15km; Castiglion del Lago with equipped beaches on Lake Trasimeno 22km; Montepulciano 20km; the Etruscan town of Chiusi 25km; Pienza 30km and Siena 55km. There is horse riding 5km away, a tennis court and a covered swimming pool within 10km; the spas at S. Albino are 20km away.

A secondary road passes at the back of this holiday villa in Tuscany, Italy. At guests' disposal is a large, shaded lawn equipped with tables, chairs, sun beds, barbecue, table tennis, and a covered panoramic terrace furnished with tables and chairs for outdoor meals. There is a private swimming pool (14 x 6 metres, maximum depth 1.5 metres, open 01/04 to 31/10) set in a panoramic location; it has a dressing room and bathroom with two showers, swimming pool for children and Jacuzzi tub. Guests can also use the gym equipment.

There is covered parking within the grounds, and a washing machine and iron at your disposal. The owner lives in an apartment with a private entrance located in the villa and uses a small share of the garden on one, secluded side, without using the swimming pool. You can rent mountain bikes and request a maid service (payment on the spot). By arrangement guests can enjoy excellent dinners and breakfasts based on local recipes (payment on the spot). On request it is possible to hire a cot (€25 per week, payable locally) and an extra bed (€52 per week, payable locally). All of the bedrooms are provided with ceiling fans.

The ground floor has a large veranda (50 square metres) with dining area equipped with table and chairs for taking open-air meals. There is a washing machine, telephone, heating and satellite TV.

Weekly prices are as follows. Note that there is a €300 deposit, a charge for final cleaning of €100 and a charge for heating.
