Apartments are furnished with antiques in a simple and relaxed style; some connect to accommodate larger parties. Each apartment has a full kitchen, modern bathroom and 2/3 beds. You can rent individual apartments or the entire house. Ground floor apartments have patios with outdoor furniture. Included are linen for bed and bathroom, pool access with tables and recliners (in season only), parking, water, electricity and gas.
The swimming pool, surrounded by a beautiful olive garden, is an ideal place to relax. A riding school is nearby, as well as a golf course and thermal hot springs. Privacy is respected and the rooms and grounds are meticulously kept.
There are many activities and day trips nearby, including trails for hiking and mountain biking and horse riding. From here, there are terrific views over the rolling hills and fields of the Valdichiana and its gorgeous sunsets. Nearby you'll find numerous family-run trattorie and restaurants with traditional Tuscan dishes and superb Italian wines.

Apartments are rented in high season on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday. Prices vary seasonally and by apartments. In the others months of the year they can be reserved for a minimum of two nights. Low season is February-March (excluding Easter), 1 October-22 December; mid season is May, June and September; high season is July, August, Easter, Christmas and New Year's Day. Apartments for 2 guests are €350 in low season, €420 mid season, €490 high season. Apartments for 3 guests are €390, €470, €550. Apartments for 2+2 are €430, €510, €590. For a second week in low season, there is a 30% discount. Final cleaning is €25 per apartment. Heating is €12 per day, air conditioning €1 per hour, washing machine €3, mountain bike €5 per day. The property can also be rented as a whole.
