Tuscany rentals - Near the ancient city of Arezzo, this spacious, luxury villa provides a sumptuous base for your holiday in Tuscany.
Villa Palazzaccio dates back to the 16th century and, along with the villas Villalta and San Fabiano, makes up part of the San Fabiano estate, which sits at the very gates of Arezzo.
The villa has been returned to its ancient splendour thanks to a careful recent restoration, personally carried out by the owner. The furnishings are of superb quality, comfort is at a premium, and the antique charm is complemented by the best of modern comforts, such as the marvellous swimming pool. That - and the lovely scenery in which it sits - come together to make up Palazzaccio. This is the ideal place for a completely relaxing holiday, especially for a large party; this Tuscan holiday villa comfortably accommodates 12.
On the ground floor you will find a large living/dining room divided into four areas, and with a table seating 14. There is a small kitchen, a dining room with a table seating eight, two WCs and a changing room.
On the first floor is a living room with fireplace and a double bedroom with bathroom with bath. There are three twin bedded rooms, one of which has a bathroom with bath and two with bathrooms with shower. There are two twin bedded rooms, and one further bathroom with bath.
On the second floor are three double bedrooms, each with a bathroom with shower. There are two twin bedded rooms with bathrooms with shower, and a large veranda enclosed by windows, with a lounge area and table seating 14.
The vacation villa has TV, telephone, freezer, oven, dishwasher and washing machine.In the grounds you'll find a small equipped loggia, a 16 x 8 metre swimming pool with an equipped area and further equipped outdoor areas.
The house costs between €6078 and €8345 for a week's holiday rental, depending on the season. In addition, there will be a minimum final cleaning charge of €160 (€16 per guest).
Included in your rental is four hours domestic help a day, from Monday to Friday, for the bedrooms and the bathrooms (schedule to be agreed upon); gardener, electricity, water, gas for the kitchen, hot water and heating. Available upon request and not included in the price are a cook, extra domestic help and a driver. During your stay you will pay for telephone calls and final cleaning.
