Casale Valle is one of a pair of old farmhouses (the other being Casale Presciano) offering Italy vacation rentals near the town of Arezzo. Lying on the Pieve estate, both these houses have been charmingly renovated, and now provide a choice of roomy Italian country rental apartments.
The two farmhouses lie on facing sides of the valley, totally independent of each other, with their own private pools. The nearest village, Pieve a Presciano, lies around a quarter mile from each house. Here you will find a very good butcher, baker and grocers. There are tennis courts in the village.
The estate of La Pieve sits in a little valley with wonderful scenery. Near to the Valdarno, Valdichiana and Valdambra areas, the house is centrally located, near Arezzo, Siena and Florence.

Casale La Valle is split into six lovely holiday flats. Each of these Italy vacation rentals has its own front door and private outdoor area, with table and chairs for taking your meals in the open air. You have the run of a large garden with sunbeds, barbecue, and the swimming pool. Set on two levels, the pool measures 12 x 6 metres, the depth varying between 1.2 and 2.5 metres.
The Casale sits amid olive groves and vineyards and olive groves and its hilltop position gives marvellous views over the valley. Renovation has been carried out with great care, respecting the original elements of the building. All the apartments are very roomy, furnished with antiques and have terracotta floors and beamed ceilings. All have satellite TV, and all apartment kitchens are equipped with oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and cooker.
Primula sleeps 5+2 over two floors. On the ground floor is a large living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. On the first floor is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a single room, and a bathroom with shower. There is a double sofa bed in the living room.
