These are charming Tuscany vacation rentals, with Casale Presciano one of two old farmhouses (the other is Casale La Valle) located on the estate of La Pieve.
Both the houses have recently been charmingly renovated to offer a selection of spacious Italian country rental apartments. The pair lie on opposite sides of the valley and are totally independent of each other; both have their own private pools. The nearest village is Pieve a Presciano, about a quarter mile away from both houses. Here you’ll find the grocery store, a butcher and a bakery, as well as tennis courts.
The farm at La Pieve lies in a small valley that provides a wonderful landscape. Nearby are the Valdarno, Valdichiana and Valdambra areas, also the towns of Florence, Siena and Arezzo.

Casale Presciano is divided up into four delightful holiday apartments, plus one independent apartment. Each has its own private front door, and each an outdoor area equipped with table and chairs for al fresco dining.
At your disposal is a large garden equipped with barbecue, sun loungers and a 14 x 7m swimming pool. The house sits among vineyards and olive groves, and is well positioned on top of a hill with views over the valley. The renovation was undertaken with great care, respecting the original features of the building. All the apartments are very spacious, furnished with antiques, and have terracotta floors and beamed ceilings. All have satellite TV and kitchens or kitchen corners, with oven, hob, fridge and dishwasher.
