The farmhouse, offering enchanting views over Lake Trasimeno and the Chiana Valley, has been tastefully restored preserving its ancient charm and many of its original architectural features ... such as the terracotta-tiled floors and the charming beamed ceilings.

The house – which was rescued and restored as independent villa accommodation – is elegantly furnished with antique pieces. The nearest grocers from this vacation villa in Cortona, Tuscany, Italy is some 500 metres away, the centre of Cortona is 2km, Arezzo 30km, Perugia and Siena within 50km, while Lake Trasimeno and its equipped beaches is reachable in a 20-minute drive. There is a tennis court 2km from the villa.

At guests' disposal is a large, beautifully terraced garden with furniture and private swimming pool (10 x 5 metres, maximum depth 2.4 metres, open from 30/05 to 30/09): this is set in a panoramic location overlooking Lake Trasimeno and the Chiana Valley. Windows on the first floor are provided with mosquito nets; parking is within the grounds; a metered telephone is available, as are ironing facilities. There is a baby bed available by paying an extra charge of €52 per week, to be paid on the spot; maid service available by arrangement (€12 per hour to be paid on the spot). Arrivals on Saturdays between 16.00 and 19.00.
