This property is set on a hill in very quiet location and overlooks Cortona and the surrounding landscape. Montecchio, with grocery store, is 4km away, Camucia with shopping mall 8km, Lake Trasimeno 13km, Cortona 15km, Arezzo 30km. There is horse riding nearby.

At guests' disposal is a large garden equipped with garden furniture, barbecue, fenced swimming pool (7 x 14 metres, maximum depth 1.9 metres, open from 01/05 to 30/09), table tennis, volleyball court, playground for children, and tennis court 400 metres away to be shared with the guests staying at the house (Archi). Bikes are available. There are mosquito nets in all three apartments.

Access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road, with parking within the grounds. On request it is possible to hire a baby bed (€16 per week) and an extra bed (€26 per week), payment on the spot. Maid service is available by arrangement (payment on the spot). Pets are allowed by paying an extra charge of €26 per week (payment on the spot). There is a €150 deposit on booking each of the apartments.
