The hotel has 50 rooms, each one has its own unique and charming character as befits this millennia old building. The rooms vary in size; some have a mezzanine floor or skylight windows, all have exposed wooden ceiling beams. The windows look out over stunning vistas of Cortona, either over the towns roofs to the hills or into the fabulous courtyard of the hotel.

All the rooms are tastefully furnished and have en suite bathrooms. They are equipped with all the modern conveniences - hairdryer, satellite TV, mini-bar, telephone and air-conditioning. Car parking is provided and the staff will see to parking, either in our own garage 50m away or in the nearby car park. If you require car parking facilities please arrange this in advance when you book.
In addition to our bedrooms, we also have various large rooms and a conference hall. One of these you will definitely see during your stay is the breakfast room on the first floor. It was the seat of the Etruscan Academy in the 18th century and it still has an excellent wooden coffered ceiling dating back to the 16th century. On the second floor there is the Ancestral Hall featuring the coats of arms belonging to families that have lived and ruled in Cortona; the conference hall can accommodate up to 30 people.
