Providing Italian farm holidays, this agritourism in Chianti, Tuscany is personally managed by its owners.
There are four vacation apartments in 2 country houses – Colonica Morellino, Colonica Solatione, Fienile Montaio and Granaio Montaio. Each house contains a Colonica which measures 95 square metres and sleeps 5+1, and a Fienile (barn) measuring 60 square metres and sleeping 3+2. The Colonica is €770 (H), €625 (M) and €562 (L). The Fienile is €644 (H), €544(M) and €490 (L).

Prices are weekly and include electricity, water, sheets, towels, the use of garden and swimming pool. H (high season) runs 26 June–28 August, Christmas and Easter holidays; M (medium) runs 22 May–26 June, 28 August–18 September; L (low) is 17 April–22 May, 18 September–16 October.
Colonica Morellino has a living room, dining area, cooking area and fireplace. There are three bedrooms: one with two single beds, two with a double bed. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet, washing machine and refrigerator, electric mini oven, colour television. Set in 5 hectares, it has a garden of 600 square metres. There is garden furniture and a stone barbecue. The swimming pool, 7 x 3 x 1.2 metres, can be used from 15 May to 1 October, (longer or shorter depending on the weather).

Colonica Solatione has a living room, dining area, and cooking area. There are three bedrooms: one with two single beds and 2 with a double bed. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet, and two terraces. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator, and colour television. Set in 5 hectares, it has a garden of 110 square metres. There is garden furniture and a stone barbecue. The swimming pool, 7 x 3 x 1.2 metres, can be used from 15 May to 1 October, (longer or shorter depending on the weather).
Fienile Montaio has a living room, cooking area and fireplace, and two bedrooms one with one single beds, one with a double bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Refrigerator. Colour television. Set in 2 hectares, with garden of 350 square metres. There is garden furniture and a stone barbecue.

Granaio Montaio is open plan, with three beds, a living room with sitting area, dining area, cooking area and fireplace. There is a bedroom with a single bed and a double bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Refrigerator. TV with satellite reception. It shares 2 hectares of land, has garden furniture and a barbecue.
