This Tuscany vacation villa lies close to Cortona, Italy – a quite beautiful spot for your holiday in Italy.

This is a beautiful estate dating back to the fifteenth century, situated on the hills surrounding the charming old town of Cortona. This property comprises a stone farmhouse and two smaller outbuildings. All have been carefully restored, with all their original architectural features preserved and tastefully furnished with antique pieces. The property, which has been transformed into independent holiday accommodation, is quietly located and enjoys charming views over the surrounding landscape.

Torre degli Elci sleeps 6-12, with four bedrooms and six bathrooms, and a total area of 300 square metres. There is satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher and bikes for rent. The farmhouse is laid out as follows:

Ground floor: living room (satellite TV) with fireplace and double sofa bed, bathroom with shower, double bedroom. First floor: large living room (satellite TV), kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher), large dining-room with fireplace, double bedroom, bathroom with shower. Second floor: small living room enjoying panoramic views, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and access, through a steep wooden staircase, to an open gallery with single beds and bathroom with shower. The first outbuilding has a kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher) with dining area, and a toilet. The other outbuilding has a twin-bedded room (minibar), bathroom with shower, laundry (washing machine, iron and ironing board).

At guests’ disposal is a nice garden complete with garden furniture, swimming pool (12 x 6 metres, maximum depth 1.4 metres, open from 01/05 to 15/10) for the sole use of guests, gazebo, barbecue and bread oven. There is covered parking within the grounds and a baby bed available free of charge. Maid service is available by arrangement, €13 per hour to be paid on the spot. The bedrooms are provided with air conditioning (payment on the spot).
