All apartments (sleeping from 2+ to 4+ guests) are tastefully and stylishly decorated in a carefully selected colour scheme of warm pastel shades, and enjoy plenty of natural light along with panoramic views of the Tuscan landscape. Each self catering accommodation has its independent entry on the ground floor from the garden, a fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen-corner (four plate hob, gas, refrigerator, ice compartment, electric oven, toaster..), a bathroom with shower, bidet, sink and WC, and all the benefits of modern technology (Satellite TV, individual washing machine and heating). On demand, Wireless internet connection and baby cot (extra €7 per day). All linens, including swimming pool towels and tablecloths, fans and mosquito nets at the windows are provided. Highchairs for babies, iron and hair dryer are available free of charge on demand. The sofabed in the living room can be another bed. Each apartment has a private outdoor dining area with sunshade and garden furniture.

Apartment Guado: two-level apartment with three rooms, totalling 90 square metres, sleeping 4+2. The ground floor has a large living room with fireplace, satellite TV, double sofabed, fully equipped kitchen corner (four plates, gas, refrigerator, ice compartment, electric oven), dining table for six, washing machine. On the first floor is a large double bedroom and a twin bedroom convertible into a double, a bathroom with shower, bidet, sink, WC. Heating with meter, bedding, towels and tablecloths in every apartment.
Apartment Gelso: two-level apartment with three rooms, totalling 78 square metres, sleeping 4+2. The ground floor has a living room with fireplace, satellite TV, double sofabed, fully equipped kitchen corner (four plates, gas, refrigerator, ice compartment, electric oven), dining table for six, washing machine. On the first floor is a large double bedroom and a smaller twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower.

Perfect for honeymoons and for small family groups, it has a very large living room with a double sofabed and single armchair-bed, fully equipped kitchenette ( 4 gas rings, refrigerator, compartment ice, microwave), dining table for eight, satellite TV and washing machine. It has a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, bidet, sink, WC. It sleeps 2+3.
