Surcharge due to over-occupancy accommodated on a sofa/divan is euro 15 per/day, € 80 per/ week.
PRICES INCLUDE: Wireless service, Use of pool ( open from 21/05/2011 to 23/09/2011), Linens including pool towels, Water, Electricity, Gas, Private covered parking, Private Washing-machine, Weekly laundry change, Final cleaning, Highchairs and Use of the mountain bikes, All Taxes (IVA 10%).
In the price not included: the individual heating (by consumption: each apartment has its counter), Baby bed (until 3 years: € 7 per/day), daily cleaning: € 9/hour, baby-sitter: € 10/hour, Pets extra cleaning ( Euro 20).
Closing: from 08/01/11 to 25/03/2011 and from 24/09/11 to 02/12/11.
**From 25/06/11 to 26/08/11 the apartments can be rented only weekly, from sat to sat. Deposit required to confirm a booking is 30% with balance due on Check out.
