• All rooms are furnished with sheets, towels and table linen.
• The publiched rates are based on 2 people (apart. Ginestra, Glicine, Iris) and on 4 people (apart. Guado and Gelso). For every person more it needs to add Euro 10 a day.
• * The apartment prices includes : water’s consumption, gas, electricity, end-of-stay cleaning service, weekly change of linen and towels, use of: washing-machine, swimming pool, mountains bikes, parking lot, baby cots, taxes.
• *The price does not include: the heating (charged on the spot according to usage).
• Daily booking: least 2 nights only in low and mid-low, 4 nights at Christmas and Easter.
• Check-in: only in mid-high and high Saturday from 5 pm to 8 pm; check-out: Saturday within 10,00 am.
• Security: € 100 for apartment: the deposit will be returned on your departure.
• During the booking it is in demand a down payment equal to the 30% of the whole cost of the stay, by bank transfer or credit card. Final Payment at check out.
