Volpaie is a holiday villa with swimming pool in Tuscany, Italy. A beautiful stone farmhouse, it is set in a quiet and panoramic location on the hills surrounding the charming medieval town Cortona.

The villa has been skilfully restored, preserving many of its original architectural features, including the ancient terracotta-tiled floors and beautiful beamed ceilings. It has been transformed into a delightful villa, offering tastefully decorated interiors combining antiques and rustic pieces. It sleeps up to seven, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a floor area of 160 square metres. Pets are allowed; there is satellite TV,a washing machine and a dishwasher.

At guests' disposal is a lovely garden with olive trees, broom, lavender and rosemary bushes. The garden is equipped with tables and chairs and a private swimming pool (8 x 4 metres - open from 01/05 to 30/09) set in a panoramic location. Parking is within the grounds. The access to the property is via an unpaved and occasionally steep road, not suitable for sports or big cars. A baby bed is available on request (€52 per week to be paid locally). Maid service by arrangement (€8 per hour to be paid on the spot). Arrivals on Saturdays between 16.30 and 19.30.
