Villa Zurli, offering tastefully furnished interiors, is quietly situated a short distance from the lovely town of Cortona (15km). The nearest food shops are 3km, Foiano della Chiana with all kinds of shops and a golf course is 10km, Castiglion del Lago (Lake Trasimeno) with equipped beaches 18km, Montepulciano 22km, the Etruscan town of Chiusi 25km, Pienza 34km, and the city of Siena is within 50km.

This Tuscany holiday villa, Italy sleeps 10-13, with five bedrooms and three bathrooms, a total area of 350 square metres. The ground floor is laid out as follows: dining room with fireplace, passageway room, living room (satellite TV) with fireplace and access to the garden, kitchen (oven, freezer, microwave, dishwasher), bathroom with shower, laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The first floor has a large double bedroom, parlour with fireplace and double sofa bed, dressing room, double bedroom, bathroom with tub. Six steps up is a double bedroom with sofa bed, twin-bedded room, double bedroom, bathroom with shower.

Weekly prices are as follows. There is a deposit payable of €260, final cleaning of €11 per person, minimum €78, and a charge for heating:

In high season the villa is only rented by the week.

There are horseback riding facilities, a tennis court and a covered swimming pool within 10km, and San Albino and its spas 20km. A country road passes 50 metres from the villa, with access to the property via an asphalted road. At guests' disposal is a large private garden equipped with tables, chairs, sunbeds and table tennis. There is a swimming pool (5 x 10 metres, maximum depth 1.5 metres, open from 01/04 to 31/10) set in a panoramic location and a beautiful Jacuzzi tub. There is also a large gazebo with sofas, a panoramic terrace furnished with tables and chairs, a bread oven and barbecue. There is gym equipment at your disposal, mountain bikes for rent (payment on the spot), and a maid service available by arrangement (to be paid on the spot).

On request guests can enjoy excellent dinners and breakfasts based on local recipes (payment on the spot). You can hire children’s cots (€25 per week, payable locally) and an extra bed (€52 per week, payable locally). This villa is located only 200 metres from Villa Limoni. Renting the two houses together, it is possible to obtain a property sleeping 20-23 people.
