Florence apartment rentals - Very comfortable vacation apartment in the historical heart of the city, with glimpses of the magnificent Basilica of Santa Croce.
Private cars are not allowed into the city centre, but you can drive up to the apartment to leave your luggage and then leave your car, 24 hours a day, in the nearby Murate or Piazza Beccaria car parks, which lie just five or so minutes from the house. The bus stop is 15 metres from the apartment.
Prices for this holiday flat in Florence are as follows: during high season (December 20 to January 6, April 1 to September 30), for one day EURO €150; one week €600; two weeks €850; three weeks €1000; one month €1200. During low season (October 1 to December 20, January 7 to March 31) prices are €130, €550, €750, €950 and €1100. The maximum number of guests is four. There is a cellphone (mobile phone) available; you just pay for your calls.
You will have to pay a deposit of 30% for your holiday rental
on reservation - please contact your hosts for details on how to make your
payment, also for the confirmation and cancellation policies. Discount of
10% is offered for last minute bookings of apartments.
Cancellations made later than 45 days before the booked start of your stay
will not qualify for the return of the deposit. Earlier cancellations will
qualify for a refund by bank transfer after having subtracted the various
charges and bank commissions.
Check in is from 4pm to 7pm, check out by 10am. Bookings may be made from any day of the week. Pets are not allowed; water, electicity, gas, taxes, heating and air conditioning are included in the rental price.
