Florence, Italy vacation rentals

Apartment Isabella

This recently refurbished apartment is in the very centre of Florence, just 50 metres from Piazza Santa Croce ... an Italy vacation rental perfectly placed for exploring this historic city.

The apartment is on via dell’Agnolo, in the same block as the house once occupied by Michelangelo Buonarroti, the Italian Renaissance master of painting and sculpture.

The apartment, on the ground floor, has walls with stone inlays, wooden beamed ceilings, and all in the typical Florentine architectural style.

There is one bedroom (two single beds or one double bed), a living room (with one double divan bed), a child’s cot, and two courtyards — in one of these there is a garden swing. The kitchen corner has a two-ring hob, microwave oven and electric oven and fridge. There is a bathroom with shower, hairdryer and electric towel rail. There is satellite TV (with two satellites); washing machine; air conditioning and central heating; steam iron and board; security door; cutlery, plates, glasses and saucepans.

The situation within Florence of this Italy vacation rental is quite superb. Sightseers can walk to the most important places and monuments of Florence in just minutes. Santa Croce Square is two minutes away, Piazza Signoria and the Ponte Vecchio are five minutes, and the Piazza del Duomo just seven minutes away.

The nearest bus stop is 50 metres away and, by taking the number 14, you can be at the main rail station, Santa Maria Novella, in 10 minutes. Near via dell’Agnolo there is the traditional old market of Sant’Ambrogio, the open-air market at Piazza Ciompi, two enclosed play parks for the children, garages and parking.
