A traditional stone house of some 220m², all its traditional architectural features have been maintained, with finishing carried out to the highest standards. And with views over the valley, which contains Florence, Prato and Pistoia, the house is in a superb position. Sitting in the green hills of Montalbano, this is part of the official Chianti DOC wine area. At the front of the house is an asymmetric swimming pool, of approximately 6 x 3.5m. Sitting within the gardens it is secluded yet enjoys fine views.
This Tuscany villa sits over two floors. You enter via a large hallway, which in turn leads to a very large living room with adjoining study and spacious dining room. The study and living room each have beautiful stone fireplaces and are comfortably furnished with sofas and armchairs. On the opposite side of the entranceway is another relaxed living room with an open, country fireplace.
