The hotel is a grand 18th century structure and it takes its name from the illustrious Tuscan poet Giovanni Boccaccio, friend of Petrarca, first commentator of the Divine Comedy by Dante Alighieri, and author of the Decameron.

This lovely Florentine building has been recently renovated and extended to provide the perfect blend of tradition and modern comforts; each room has been decorated and furnished to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. The rooms are all well sound proofed ensuring a good nights sleep.

Each room has its own bathroom with either a standard shower cubicle, bath tub or water massage shower. Each room also comes equipped with a hair dryer, satellite TV, telephone with direct dialling, air-conditioning, mini bar, Internet connection point, and an electronic safe.
