This Chianti vacation accommodation comprises apartments and a house to rent, Tuscany, Italy.
This is a very nice complex comprising three recently restored buildings. The owners have preserved the original architectural features while transforming the buildings into six apartments and a small independent house.
The property is situated in panoramic location on the hills of the Chianti Fiorentino region. Certaldo with all kinds of shops and funicular leading to the medieval walled town centre is 4km; the renowned medieval town of San Gimignano is 11km, Volterra 35km, Florence 35km, Siena 40km. This Chianti vacation accommodation is superbly situated to take advantage of local facilities. A lake with sport fishing facilities and a riding stable lie some 5km from this Chianti vacation accommodation. At your disposal is a well-equipped garden, a swimming-pool (14 x 7 metres, maximum depth 1.80 metres, open from 01/05 to 30/09) set in a panoramic location, and a shared barbecue.

A local road passes only a few metres from the property; there is parking within the grounds. You have a maid service available by arrangement (EURO €12 per hour to be paid on the spot); a baby bed is available on request (€30 per week payable on the spot); there is a shared laundry (€8 per wash) at your disposal.

Casa Rossa 3 sleeps 2-4, has one bedroom, one bathroom and a floor area of 47 square metres. There is a garden, terrace, heating, shared swimming pool, maid service, satellite TV and washing machine. A small, independent house, the first-floor living room has satellite TV, kitchen corner (oven) and double sofabed. There is a panoramic terrace with a barbecue. The ground floor has a double bedroom with access to a small, equipped veranda, and a bathroom with shower.
